Patricia Seagle-Santander, RN, Executive Director Trish has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. Over half of that time has been spent in home health. Prior to joining Islands Home Health, she led an organization in achieving initial Joint Commission Accreditation. That process furthered her passion for high quality care. In 2015, Trish was awarded the Ensign ‘Chief Clinical Officer’ Award. This award is only given to leaders within Ensign that prove true ownership in the organization. She truly believes that treating the senior community in their own homes provides the best outcomes. Shalonda Morton, RN, Director of Nursing Shalonda has been working as a nurse for over 23 years. She started out as a LPN and continued on to receive her degree in nursing. She has received Burn, Wound care and Oasis Certification. She has worked in acute care, burn unit, skilled nursing facility and has worked in home health for 9 years. She worked in the field as a case manager for 6 years and 3 years in leadership. Her passion in home health is working directly with patients and their families in their own home. Her goal is to work to build the best clinical team in the Northwest and continue to help our agency grow clinically, financially and culturally. Alicia Bowman, DPT, FMS I, COS-C, CFC I, Director of Rehabilitation Alicia Bowman is a Physical therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation for Islands Home Health. Alicia Began working in home health in 2012 with 5 years of outpatient PT prior. Alicia attended Concordia University in Portland, OR from 2000-2004 graduating with a Bachelor of Science with a Biology major, Chem/Psych minor. Additional accolades include Math and Science Graduate of the year and Magna Cum Laude. Alicia attended the University of Puget Sound graduating in 2007 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, while assisting the UPS softball team as an assistance coach. During PT school, Alicia received the Pediatric Research Grant Award and was published in the Journal of Pediatric PT in 2007. Alicia was nominated PTs Best in the South Sound in 2009. Alicia has many avenues of interest and continues educational ventures in manual therapy, vestibular rehab and a variety of therapeutic exercise and activity programs for both athletes and the geriatric patients. Devin Rothwell, MS, Director of Operations A native to southeast Idaho, Devin is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho. After completing a bachelor degree in Health Sciences, he went on to the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus to complete a master degree in Public Health, with an emphasis in health systems, management, and policy. He holds a passion for geriatric care, serving underserved populations and providing outstanding healthcare services to the communities he serves. |
